3 DAYS PRIOR
Avoid excess sun exposure, solariums and fake tanning. Cease cosmeceutical retinol.
1 WEEK PRIOR
Avoid waxing, laser or IPL hair removal, depilatory creams and electrolysis.
2 WEEKS PRIOR
Avoid prescription retinol (topical vitamin A) or Hydroquinone (whitening creams). No chemical peels or laser resurfacing treatments.
24 HOURS POST
Avoid hot showers, sauna, steam rooms and exercise. Commence a gentle skincare routine using the recommended products. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate your skin. The recommended recovery cream and SPF 50+ can be applied liberally every 4 hours.
3 DAYS POST
Avoid active products containing AHA/BHA or retinol. Avoid direct sun exposure. Do not pick the skin.
