COVID-19 and clinic closures
It is with a heavy heart that as of midnight Wednesday the 25th of March, Australian Skin Clinics will be closing its doors in line with the new government lockdown policy. We understand this is a necessary requirement to ensure the continued health and safety of our communities against the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
In saying that, this is not a goodbye… it’s a see you soon!

In line with the recent government announcement surrounding of the closure of beauty services, Wednesday 25th March 2020 was our last day of trade… but only for a little while! We will reopen as soon as the Australian Government advises it is safe to do so.
Online purchasing will operate as normal, with 6-month extended expiry on all purchases.

The government has advised that effective from midnight 25th March 2020 our services must close. As soon as this government closure is lifted we will reopen our clinics immediately. We will communicate to you via email and our social media pages when we are open again. It is a ‘see you later’ for now.
If you have an appointment in the coming days and week this will be cancelled automatically. We will continue to cancel appointments on a weekly basis until the Australian Government advises we can reopen. You will not lose any treatments due to a cancelled appointment and we will pick up where we left off as soon as we reopen.

We have extended all current and future series by an additional 6-months. This is just one thing you don’t need to worry about. We will set these aside ready for you to pick up where you left off when we reopen. Extensions will be considered ongoing if necessary. We will continue to keep you posted on any developments in this area.
Don’t worry, any results you have already achieved won’t be reversed. However naturally, any delay in your treatment schedule may delay further results. Once clinics reopen, our team of skilled laser technicians will review your treatment plan and timings to ensure you get back on track and achieving the best results.
Whilst you’re in clinic treatment plan is on hold, you can still maintain your results at home. Continue your skincare routine as set out by your dermal technician. If you are unsure, keep watching our social posts for tutorials and tips on the best way to maintain your skin through homecare products. If you run out of product you will be able to order these online for as long as postal services remain.
