Click and collect process
- Choose your Clinic. During the checkout process, select FREE Click & Collect.
- Your will receive an email that your order is being processed.
- Once the order has been finalised in clinic, you will receive an SMS and email stating the order is ready to collect.
- Please check your emails for next steps like the stores opening hours and what to bring with you.
Collecting your order
You will need to bring two items with you when collecting.
- Order confirmation (digital or printed)
- A valid Photo ID
No, this is a free service offered by Australian Skin Clinics.
You will receive and email and SMS message when your order is ready to collect.
This will be within 24 hours of placing your order.
Visiting a clinic prior to receiving this communication may mean your order will not be ready.
When collecting your order you will need a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a form of ID – Driver License, Passport, Proof of Age Card or Blind Citizens Card.
All orders must be collected during clinic opening hours.

Opening times may vary by location, please check before visiting.
Orders will be held for 14 days.
If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the clinic directly here.
If the product has not been opened or damaged, you can exchange it for another when you collect your order.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange a product once its opened.

Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order.
