The combined action of three exfoliant types, enzymatic, chemical, and mechanical, work at varying depths in the epidermis to ensure a comprehensive, but safe at-home treatment for all skin Fitzpatrick’s (I – IV). Designed to complement and use between in-clinic treatments before special events or as a weekly beauty flash treatment in conjunction with Aesthetics Rx 4D Sheet Mask. Also recommended as a skin priming treatment prior to in-clinic peels and dermal therapies. The use of AHA’s prepares the skin for higher percentage acids used in clinical chemical peels and may assist in preventing complications including post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after various dermal therapies at clinic.

After cleansing, smooth gently over damp skin and using large circular movements lightly massage over the face and neck for a few minutes avoiding the eyes. The exfoliator may be left on the skin for another 1-5 minutes if a stronger exfoliation is desired. Mild tingling may occur. Remove with warm water and the Aesthetics Rx® Microfibre Face Pads. Use 1 – 2 times weekly.
Key active ingredients:
Mandelic acid – With the largest molecular size of all the Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s), Mandelic acid strictly works on the surface and is very suited to skin that may not ordinarily tolerate the use of chemical exfoliants.
Lactic acid – With the next largest molecular size compared to other types of AHA’s Lactic acid is used in this product to hydrate and exfoliate the surface layers of the epidermis. This AHA is an extremely effective moisturiser as well as contributing to cell renewal function with surface exfoliating benefits. It is widely reported to be well tolerated by most skin types.
Glycolic acid – With a smaller molecular weight Glycolic acid works deeper in the epidermis as a natural humectant (moisture binding) as well as a highly efficacious exfoliant.
Fermented Paw Paw – This proteolytic enzyme works to gently breakdown and digest the protein (keratin) in the dry, flattened out dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, where they can then be exfoliated to reveal a brighter, glowing complexion. It is also has powerful antioxidant benefits that help prevent damaging, prematurely ageing oxidative stress.
Jojoba – Natural, vegan, cosmos approved, biodegradable. Gentle, but effective polishing action on the surface of the skin.
Allantoin – Soothing and anti-inflammatory.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) – Brightening, anti-inflammatory, hydrating.
Kakadu Plum – Rich in powerful antioxidant and skin brightening Vitamin C.
