Each consultation takes approximately 20 minutes and all you need is a working camera on your phone or computer.

To book an appointment:

1. Select a date and available appointment time from the calendar below
2. Enter your details and submit
3. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after submitting (make sure to check your junk folders)
4. You will receive another email prior to your appointment reminding you of your date and time, along with further instructions for how to join your virtual consult.

How to prepare:

You will need access to the program Scopia to chat with our expert team.  It’s Free to download from the App Store.

1. In the app store, search for ‘Scopia’
2. Download and install ‘Avaya Scopia Mobile app’.
3. An email will be sent prior to your appointment time confirming the link for your appointment.
4. Please click on this link at the time of your appointment and proceed through to the app where our team will be waiting.
