With over 15 years of experience in the medi-aesthetics industry, Alana has built a strong foundation across both technical expertise and vocational education. Her career has included delivering the Diploma of Beauty Therapy and the Graduate Certificate in Intense Pulse Light (IPL) and Laser Hair Removal for many years at one of Australia’s leading Registered Training Organisations. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of skin anatomy and biology, cosmeceutical ingredients, and the advanced technologies and devices that underpin modern skin and laser treatments. Building on this foundation, she progressed to lead a Registered Training Organisation specialising in laser, skin, and injectables training, forming part of the Australian Skin Clinics portfolio.
Alana is deeply passionate about integrating accredited training frameworks into the workplace, elevating the standard of education while creating a holistic learning experience that aligns with the ever-evolving needs of the medi-aesthetics industry.
Her focus is on developing well-rounded therapists who can confidently discuss skin, laser, and body treatment indications, design effective treatment plans, and recommend appropriate homecare. By combining her experience in aesthetics and education, she ensures each therapist not only delivers exceptional treatments, but also provides the highest standard of client care.
