How It Works 

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is naturally produced by white blood cells as part of the body's immune response. In skincare, it provides powerful antimicrobial action without disrupting the skin's natural microbiome. This gentle yet effective molecule neutralises acne-causing bacteria whilst calming inflammation. The gel-to-foam transformation ensures thorough coverage without aggressive surfactants. Vitamin B5 maintains moisture balance, preventing the rebound oil production often triggered by harsh acne cleansers, while HylaTech™ ensures skin stays hydrated and comfortable.

Application Method 

  1. Dispense 1-2 pumps into damp palms 
  2. Create foam by rubbing hands together 
  3. Apply to face, focusing on T-zone and congested areas 
  4. Massage for 60 seconds 
  5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water 

Frequency 

  • Morning: To remove overnight sebum production 
  • Evening: To remove daily impurities and makeup 
  • Can be used twice daily even on active breakouts

Can I use this to remove eye makeup?

Yes, this cleanser is gentle enough for the eye area. However, we recommend using Thirstee Hydrating Cleanser (our micellar water) as your first cleanse for eye makeup removal, followed by this as your second cleanse. 

Can I use this with retinol?

Yes, the gentle formula works well with active treatments. The calming properties actually help reduce retinol irritation.
